Assessment analysis
The on-demand analysis views for an assessment project, and how they differ from ideation views.
Like ideations, assessments have analysis views generated on demand.
| View | What it gives you |
|---|---|
| Similar services | Existing offerings close to the project. |
| Strategic partner | Organisations worth partnering with. |
| SWOT | Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. |
| PEST | Political, economic, social and technological factors. |
| Diamond strategy | Competitive positioning analysis. |
| Expert assessment | Specialist commentary on the project. |
| KPI | Key indicators for tracking progress. |
The difference from the ideation views is the input, not the method. Ideation views analyse a hypothesis; assessment views analyse a project with evidence attached, so the output is grounded in the current state rather than the intended one — see Ideation Analysis.
Expert assessment is the one to read alongside your readiness report. It often explains why a level was awarded, in terms a reviewer will recognise.
