Idea Arena
Run ideations against each other in a knockout bracket and read the AI's reasoning for each match.
Idea Arena runs your ideas against each other in a knockout bracket.

| Step | What to do |
|---|---|
| 1 | Select Ideation → Idea Arena. |
| 2 | Enter a name and create the arena. |
| 3 | Choose a tournament size: 2, 4 or 8. |
| 4 | Add an ideation to each slot. |
The size can be changed afterwards, and Reset clears the bracket so you can start again without recreating the arena.
Comparing with AI

Select Compare ideas. Each match is resolved with a scored comparison and, more importantly, the reasoning behind the result — why this idea beat that one, across financial, market and execution considerations.
The reasoning is the output that matters, not the champion. A bracket whose winner was obvious can still tell you exactly what is weak about the three ideas that were lost, which is what you need in order to fix them.
When not to trust the bracket
Tournament structure means an idea can be knocked out in round one by the eventual champion while being stronger than a finalist from the other half of the draw.
If two of your ideas are clearly the best, seed them apart, or compare them directly in a size-2 arena.
Next: the Assessment chapter covers what happens to an idea after you promote it. For problems, see Troubleshooting.
