How work flows through BIIM
The five stages work moves through in BIIM — establish premises, diverge, converge, deepen and assess.
Putting the features together for real tasks.
| Stage | What you do | See |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Establish premises | Research your assets and market, then save the result as AI context. Everything generated afterwards inherits it. | Research Chat, Files and AI Context |
| 2. Diverge | Generate several candidate ideas — from keywords, patents, a board selection or a personal conversation. | Promote Research to Ideation, Create Ideation |
| 3. Converge | Compare the candidates and pick one to take forward. | Idea Arena |
| 4. Deepen | Expand the survivor into similar services, KPI and simulation, then interrogate it. | Ideation Analysis, Chat AI |
| 5. Assess | Promote it to assessment and answer the readiness questions with real evidence. | Managing Ideations, Readiness Levels and Matrix |
Stage 1 is the one people skip, and the one that changes the output most. Context cannot be applied retrospectively — ideas already generated will not take it into account.
